About fseapFounded in 1974, Family Services Employee Assistance Programs (FSEAP) is a national provider of employee assistance programs (EAP), employee and family assistance programs (EFAP), wellness solutions and organizational consulting. As the largest only not for profit, community-based EFAP provider in Canada, we strive to sustain healthy workplaces and strong communities. We are committed to designing and delivering services that meet the unique needs and concerns of organizations, their employees and family members, thereby enhancing the health and effectiveness of the organizations we serve.
We are experienced in supporting employee populations large and small, centralized or dispersed, urban or remote. Our own culture of collaboration inspires our EFAP partnerships, meaning that every program that we design is unique to the organization and based on mutual goals. We have nearly 35 FSEAP office locations across Canada, with over 1400 counsellors. As a National network, FSEAP provides services to thousands of organizations nationwide, serving over one million covered lives. Our clients include federal government departments, cities and municipalities, community colleges, school districts, unions, for-profit businesses, and non-profit organizations, with workforce's ranging from 3 to over 10,000 employees. EFAP services and program management of FSEAP in the province of British Columbia are provided by FSEAP Vancouver (previously The Employee Assistance Group), a division of Family Services of Greater Vancouver (FSGV). FSEAP’s Vancouver office provides service to more than 475 organizations in B.C. Our customers range in size from 16 to more than 5000 employees/members, and include organizations representing a broad scope of both public and private sectors The purpose of FSEAP's Employee and Family Assistance Program services are designed to help organizations support employees working to improve their productivity, functioning, and pro-social behavior and remain at or return to the workplace.
