Our Affiliate Network 🌐︎
Our network of highly qualified, clinical affiliate providers help us deliver a boutique, high-touch EAP service to the customer organizations that choose to work with us.. At FSEAP Vancouver, we manage the Affiliate Network for the provinces of BC and the Yukon Territory comprised of over 150 professionals including individual providers, groups and agencies who are experienced in delivering a wide range of clinical and work life service to employees and their family members.
AFFILIATE COUNSELLORS
Our Affiliate Counsellors make up the majority of the network. They hold a master's degree in counselling, psychology, education, social work or another relevant clinical field, have numerous years of clinical experience, and are registered with a provincial professional regulatory body. Affiliate Counsellors are experienced and skilled in providing assessment, crisis intervention, short-term counselling and community resource referral to employees and their family members.
LIFE COACHES
Our Certified Life Coaches offer an alternative to traditional counselling, focusing on helping clients achieve personal and professional growth. All Life Coaches must hold a Certified Coaching credential through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) or an ICF-accredited organization.
MEDIATORS
Our Mediators are experienced professionals who provide mediation services in a variety of group settings, supporting individuals experiencing interpersonal or communication challenges, conflicts, or disputes. Mediators must hold a degree in a relevant clinical field or an equivalent post-secondary credential from a recognized institution, as well as formal training in mediation or alternative dispute resolution.
WORKSHOP FACILITATORS
Our Workshop Facilitators are presenters who deliver high-quality, evidence-informed workshops on a variety of topics that promote mental health, workplace wellness, and psychological resilience. They hold a degree in a relevant field and have at least three years of related experience in mental health, counselling, adult learning, teaching, or workplace wellness, including a minimum of one year of experience in workshop facilitation, presentation, and development.
CRITICAL INCIDENT RESPONDERS (CIR)
Our Critical Incident Responders (CIR) have specialized experience in crisis management, trauma response, and group debriefing. They hold a degree in a relevant clinical field and have at least one year of related experience in crisis response.
